Josh documented, that ‘as RTF format’ declarated addressbook contacts in MS Outlook receiving all attachments in a stream file called winmail.dat. First thing would be to inform the sender to change the address book entry. But Josh also has a plugin, which can extract attachments out of this winmail.dat file.
