I’m actually trying to create a stop motion movie from a series of photos I’ve taken by the time of some years by a webcam. My first guess was to use Imagemagicks ‘convert’ to simply put them into a MPEG-2 movie, but this does not work straigt away and consumes much, too much RAM.
I’ve found this how-to to use Blender for this purpose, but my Ubuntu Maverick does not have Blender 2.5+ in its repository.
